AG-UI ADK 0.9 hardens duplicate-turn handling and tool round trips

ag_ui_adk 0.9 persists a processed-message ledger in ADK session state to avoid duplicate turns across replicas and fixes frontend-tool round trips under optimistic concurrency.

Why it matters

Generative UI depends on reliable interaction state; duplicated turns or failed tool callbacks can corrupt what users see.

A closer look

The ledger travels through Runner.run_async state_delta with incremental markers. RUN_STARTED now requires protocolVersion and state changes use typed JSON Patch operations.

Who this is for

AG-UI, Google ADK and frontend-tool integrators
